Methods of Payment

Full payment in US dollar or KRW must be paid by the deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

1) Credit Card

•     - Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration system.
•     - All service charges for credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
•     - The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
•     - The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘KCP’.

2) Bank Transfer

    A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the secretariat. Bank
    charges for remittance should be paid by registrants. Please note that the fee has to be transferred under the registrant’s name and the name
    must be stated on the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by email at eussummit@insidecore.co.kr .
All refunds will be processed after the summit. Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.

• 1. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
• 2. Refunds will be made after the summit.

Invitation Letter

• EUS Summit provides official invitation letters together with the business registration certificate
• Please note that guarantee letters are not issued in accordance with our policy.
